Cooked Peppers

Ingredient
• 3 large onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 cups of roughly copped pepper
• 1 diced tomato
• ½ cup of tomato paste
• 1 table spoon of honey
• 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt or maziwa mala/sour milk or butter milk
• 4 table spoons of vegetable oil
• A dash of soy sauce (optional)

Directions
• Heat oil in a large pot
• Sauté onions for 5 minutes or so add the garlic.
• Add peppers and let it cook for at least 2 minutes.
• Add the tomato and let it cook till the tomatoes are tender.
• Mash the tomatoes and add the tomato paste.
• Stir the peppers and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
• Add the honey, and a dash of soy sauce for the sweet taste.
• Let it cook for another 5 minutes, then add the yogurt
• Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
• Place in a serving bowl.
